New company car cost calculator launched.Company car drivers interested in Jaguar leasing will now be able to compare prices, running cost and company car tax with its rivals.
This means fleet operators will be able to compare Jaguar with the likes of BMW, Audi and Mercedes, some of the most popular executive car makers for company car drivers in the UK.
The new online calculator allows Jaguar cars to be specced-up and compared with rivals. Information shown will include the car’s price, running costs including fuel economy and CO2 emissions and its residual values.
Perhaps most importantly for fleet operators, the calculator will also be able to calculate the Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) tax on a car and compare it to rivals.
BIK is calculated using a number of factors including the car’s value and the CO2 emissions of the car. Even a small change in specification or engine options can result in drastic changes to the level of BIK paid and the new calculator is designed to improve users’ choice and make it easy to choose a new company car.
The calculator will display the relevant information, including a free fuel breakeven analysis, in a series of easy-to-read tables, according to the brand.New company car cost calculator launched
