The sole change for the latest rates is a 1ppm decrease for petrol-engined vehicles above 2000cc. Back in February, HMRC revised its Q2 rates a week after publication to scrap a 1p per mile decrease for petrol-engined vehicles over 2000cc and replace it with a 1ppm increase, bringing it to 22ppm.
